1. Processing Time

Since we are a small team, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process and pack your order.

(Note: If you ordered a "Pre-Order" or "Drop" item, please refer to the specific product page for estimated shipping dates.)

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship currently within Canada and the USA. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Hub City 506 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
