Refund & Return Policy

At Hub City 506, we want you to love your gear. However, because our products are unique and produced only once you place an order, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.

The "Made-to-Order" Rule

Every item you see in our shop is printed specially for you. Because we do not keep a physical warehouse of pre-printed stock, we cannot support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. > Pro Tip: Please double-check our Size Chart before ordering to ensure the perfect fit!


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a clear manufacturing error (such as a print defect), we will make it right! We offer a free reprint or a full refund if you contact us within 30 days of the product delivery.

How to report an issue:

  1. Email us at monctonmorning@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Provide a clear photo showing the damage or the manufacturing error.

  3. If the issue affects multiple items with the same design, please include a photo of all affected items in one frame.


Delivery Issues

  • Unsuccessful Delivery: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we can offer a reprint (with an additional shipping charge) or a partial refund.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't moved for a significant amount of time, please reach out so we can investigate with the carrier.

Print Placement

For our DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printed shirts and hoodies, please note there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in the exact placement of the print are a normal part of the production process and are not considered defects.
